ALL PLAYERS MUST BE REGISTERED WITH USA VOLLEYBALL BEFORE PARTICIPATING IN TRY-OUTS!

• Follow the registration link to the USA Volleyball registration page.
• Fill out all the information required by the 2009 Membership Registration form online.
• (Parents or guardians of minors will be required to “sign” the form by verifying their identity with a driver’s license number.)
• Choose the “$60.00 Junior Player Club” registration box.  You will not be paying any fees directly to USA Volleyball.  That fee is paid by Volleyball Pensacola and included in your try-out fee.
• Print out the USA Volleyball registration confirmation.
• Print out the USA Volleyball Medical Release form.  That form must be notarized and brought with you to try-outs.  No player will be able to play without it.
  
  

ALL PLAYERS MUST BRING THE FOLLOWING TO TRY-OUTS!

• Printed out confirmed USA Volleyball registration form (see information above about registering online)
• Notarized copy of the medical release form that is generated after completion of online registration
• $75 cash or check payable to Volleyball Pensacola Juniors (covers all try-out dates)
• Appropriate attire (t-shirts, shorts, athletic shoes, kneepads)
• “Ready-to-play” attitude & a smile on your face!

USA VOLLEYBALL AGE DIVISION SPECIFICATIONS (you may not play in a lower age division):

• 18 & under:  born on or after 9/1/1991 or are a high school student in the twelfth (12th) grade during the current academic year and 19- years-old or younger (born on or after 9/1/1990)
• 17 & under:  born on or between 9/1/1992-8/31/1993
• 16 & under:  born on or between9/1/1993-8/31/1994
• 15 & under:  born on or between 9/1/1994-8/31/1995
• 14 & under:  born on or between 9/1/1995-8/31/1996
• 13 & under:  born on or between 9/1/1996-8/31/1997
• 12 & under:  born on or between 9/1/1997-8/31/1998
